I'm not sure why but there's like there's 2 different views of this picture. One; It's a cute seal cub. But two: It's on land with 2 large empty eyes, almost as it's crying with those two strings of whatever it is- from it's eye 
. Makes me think about the current issue with the polar ice melting. Not that the artics are the only places with seals thou.
